Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing 7 Days Total Repair. We aim to deliver your products safely, quickly, and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or unforeseen issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges may apply depending on your location and order value.

  • Any ongoing free shipping offers will be mentioned at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/Email.

  • You can use this tracking link to monitor your order status.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailable at the delivery location

  • Refusal to accept the order

If the parcel returns due to these reasons, reshipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Send photos/video of the package, product, and invoice

  • We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if eligible

7. Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier companies to ensure safe delivery.
Once the order leaves our warehouse, the courier becomes responsible for delivery handling.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We ship only within India.
